You all have desired for a flawless jawline. But tough routine has never allowed you to have one. It requires effort to lose double chin of course. While some are lucky enough to be born with it, others have to struggle to pop that jaw in every picture they take.

It may seem tedious at first but following home exercises will make it in the go. However, it is not impossible. Let’s have a look at some ways to get that perfect jawline with some facial exercises:

Vowel sounds

It is as simple as to pronounce alphabets. You just have to say ‘O’ followed by ‘E.’ Make sure that you stretch the sounds at fullest. These movements stretch your mouth muscle, acting on the jawline. Repeat 3 reps of 15.

Tongue twister

Another seemingly easy exercise that you can practice sitting anywhere. You will need to place your tongue on the roof on your mouth and add tension. Begin humming and make vibrating sounds to activate your facial muscles. Do this for three reps of 15.

Collar bone backup

For this, keep your face at level with the floor. And allow your throat muscles to contract and relax. You can start with three sets of ten reps, and gradually build up to more as you get more comfortable.

Neck curl up

lie down with your tongue pressed on the roof of the mouth. Then you will have to bring the chin to your chest and lift your head off the ground about 2 inches. Make sure you do not lift your stomach. Start with fewer reps and then increase as per your necessity.

Chin ups

If you want to give a perfect shape to your face, then this is the one. Just close your mouth and allow the lower lip to move. Stretch the muscles along your chin. Hold the position for 10 seconds and then relax. Do three sets of 15 reps.
