Prince Philip has been transferred to another hospital in London to continue with the treatment.

Prince has been suffering from cardiovascular disease at the age of 99. He was therefore admitted from King Edward VII’s Hospital to St Bartholomew’s Hospital.

In addition to treatment for an unspecified infection, Price Phillip is to undergo series of tests and prolonged observation. He was immediately admitted to the hospital after falling ill. Moreover, the Royals called his admission to the hospital as a precautionary measure. The palace says Philip “remains comfortable and is responding to treatment but is expected to remain in hospital until at least the end of the week.’’

There have been rumors that the prince is suffering from COVID, however, it is not the case, confirmed by his doctors. Both Queen Elizabeth and Prince received a first dose of a coronavirus vaccine in early January. King Philip has retired from the royal duties for since long. During England’s current coronavirus lockdown, Philip, also known as the Duke of Edinburgh, has been staying at Windsor Castle, west of London, with the queen. The whole of Britain is praying for the speedy recovery of the King so that the legacy of the Royal family stays intact.
