The French pharmaceutical company Sanofi has announced to undertake human trials for the corona vaccine.

The company said it will work on the sample of mRNA to check the efficiency of its second vaccination. Moreover, the earlier results of the vaccines showed disappointing results among the testing individuals. Therefore, the company said there is a need to go through another successive trial to make results confirm. The vaccine, however, is made using almost the same formula employed in Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines.

Sanofi is considered one of the leading pharmaceutical companies. Therefore, the market has higher expectations from its products. However, the initial developments became a source of embarrassment to France. In January, the company said it would help produce the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine to help Europe’s vaccine drive.

The new vaccine is aimed to work on the collected genetic information of the individual. Messenger RNA is one useful nucleic acid that helps the body in recognizing and reacting on the entry of the virus. It trains the body as per the incoming situations.

The World Health Organization has so far approved two vaccinations only; the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna. Both are considered to be quite effective against the virus. The company is trying hard to develop a similar shot to maintain its reputation in the market.
